How I got here...
I first got into health and fitness in high school and began working out at a local Powerhouse gym. But my self-development journey truly began when a mentally abusive relationship ended, and I was forced to take a look at what I had become over the last 8 months.
I struggled with binge and emotional eating. I gained over ten pounds of fat, I suffered from terrible anxiety, depression and panic attacks, and I was extremely insecure about myself and my body. Mentally and physically... I felt so lost and broken. I couldn't believe I let myself get to that point and desperately wanted to be happy, healthy, and confident again.
So, I committed to improving myself... and I gave it my all. I spent thousands of hours in the gym and many sleepless nights researching the best diets, fat burning foods, fat burning workout programs and strategies. But no matter how many influencer workout guides I bought or yo-yo diets I tried, I still wasn’t sure how to properly nourish my body, lose the stubborn body fat and heal my relationship with food.
Although I’ve always had a love for science and learning, I quickly learned one hard lesson: knowledge is not power. Having ruthless support, accountability, and taking consistent action is what gets you life changing results.
Throughout college, I began documenting my fitness journey on Instagram and posting educational content. Women started asking me for help with their own journeys, so while on a semester break from school, I gained my Certifications and began taking my first clients online.
I taught them my signature process which transformed the way they looked at food and exercise, as well as mindset shifts that skyrocketed their confidence and led them to amazing opportunities, closer relationships, and more.
I take a science-based approach that allows my clients to get the most "bang for their buck" with exercise and nutrition. I help them get their life (and time) back! I have walked the walk of being a total fitness newbie to a fitness professional, and now I'm ready to help you take back your health!

What's the point of a health and fitness routine if you can't stay on track for longer than a week? I don't believe in quick fixes, fad diets, or restriction. My goal as your coach is to show you how FUN and EASY weight loss can be! I will help you achieve your goals in a way that is sustainable and works with your busy schedule.
self love
I'm all for wanting to become the hottest & healthiest version of yourself, but you MUST love and appreciate yourself for where you're at now too! If you take action from a place of loving your body rather than hating it, you're much more likely to achieve your goals, and sustain it, for years to come.

This health and weight loss journey is so much more than just calories and workouts. Your mindset MATTERS! It can either accelerate your success or completely sabotage it, which is why I do mindset work with every single client so we can get to the root of any limiting beliefs holding them back.

Fitness was the catalyst to my self development journey. I've learned that in order to achieve all that you want in life - in weight loss or your relationships or your career - you HAVE to take risks. You have to push yourself out of your comfort zone and be willing to try something new. Anything that's worth it isn't going to be easy.
